Change of Background Colour - Double Page Spread

In the Rough Cut I used a white background for my Double Page Spread however I have decided that I would like a photo to take the full background making it stand out and more appealing to the eye. I will do this by taking photos of my Model towards one side rather than center so when I edit it there is room for the background which will go under the article, I will use light overlayed boxes for the article which will make the article easier to read.
